Highland Felting is a family run business in the rural mountain town of Oberon, New South Wales,Australia. We began trading in 2004 and now supply quality products to all the corners of the world. 
We use industrial carding equipment to ensure consistency in our product quality and hand dye all of our batts and slivers to achieve rich and unique colours.

Patricia Miller

Fibre Artist Patricia Miller is at the heart of highland Felting and is well known for her original designs and use of vibrant colours.  Pat loves the flexibility of felt and specializes in making one of a kind wearable art.  Pat also teaches classes and displays her work in several galleries within Australia

Oberon, NSW

Oberon  is named after Oberon, King of the Fairies from Shakespeare's A Midsummer's Nights Dream and the village is also an inspiring place where one might just see a fairy if they look hard enough.

 Our village is 200 kms. west of Sydney by road, 30 kms. from the world famous Jenolan Caves & is 1150m above sea level so we experience all 4 seasons of the year.

 Highland Felting is proudly based on a small hobby farm on the edge of the village.
