1. Can I get different sizes or coloured batts?
Yes as we custom dye all of our batts we can custom dye specific colours or sizes to meet your requirements. Please note we do have a minium order of 4 batts for custom dying.
2. I dont want to pay online can I pay over the phone?

3. What do the different Micron's of wool mean?
A micron (micrometer) is the measurement used to express the diameter of a wool fibre. The lower microns are the finer fibres. If the micron is below 22 it is softer and more suitable for making clothing as it can be worn next to the skin without itching. 19.5 micron is very soft and luxurious, 29 micron is very course and strong and is great for bags, slippers and other harder crafts.
