DeliveryWe endevour to dispatch all orders within 48hrs, however due to many of our products being hand dyed to order - it can take upto 3 weeks to recieve your order. Please contact us by email if you require an estimated dispatch date. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and the delivery destination. Please enter your desired products into a shopping cart and enter your shipping address for a shipping & handling fee. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. . In Australia products are shipping using Australia Post e-parcel, you will be issued with a tracking number a the time of dispatch to allow you to track your order. Orders must be signed for at point of delivery. International orders are sent via International Australia post services. ReturnsWe will replace or refund faulty or damaged products. Product must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt by the customer for a refund. Customers are responsible for return postage. We will not refund for "change of mind" or customers not liking a particular colour as screen monitors do not always represent colours faithfully. Sample colour card can be purchased on our web site.
